Upland Hunts at Pleasant Valley
Hunting Preserve

We do our best to make sure that your hunt is a great one. Our beautiful pheasants are long-tailed and strong flyers. Our pheasant hunting terrain is varied and offers prime holding, feeding, and hiding cover. We have over 2000 acres of cultivated grain fields, reed filled marshland, grassy creek banks, Russian Olive thickets, and scrubland - all perfect habitat for upland bird hunting.

Season: September – March.

Many of our members bring their own 4-legged hunting buddies, but for those who don’t have dogs or would prefer a little expert help our great staff of professional guides are always at the ready. Our guides are friendly and knowledgeable bird hunters. They run seasoned pointing or flushing dogs and they know just how to corner our wily birds and make your hunt enjoyable.
